If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order and receive a refund, under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the equivalent EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel your contract for any item within 14 days, without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or someone you name) receive the goods, or, for orders in several parcels, 14 days after the last parcel arrives.
How to cancel
To cancel, tell us clearly before the deadline above — for example by email to support@nobellux.shop, stating your order number, the item(s), and that you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form below, but do not have to.

Returning the goods
If you cancel, send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refund after cancellation
We will refund the price you paid for the goods, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you supplying evidence you have sent them back, if earlier). You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling by you.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. We do not currently sell personalised items, so this exception should not apply to standard orders from this store.
