We want you to be happy with what you buy from NOBEL LUX LTD. This page explains how returns and refunds work alongside your legal right to cancel (see our Cancellations page for the 14-day right of withdrawal).
Return window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, in addition to (not instead of) your legal cancellation rights. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
What can’t be returned
- Items assembled or altered by the customer, unless faulty
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, unless faulty or not as described
How to start a return
- Email support@nobellux.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will confirm the return address, which may vary by supplier since orders are fulfilled through a partner network.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
Return shipping cost
Unless the item is faulty, not as described, or we made an error, the cost of returning it is the customer’s responsibility. If we are at fault, we cover reasonable return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the return is due to a fault, a mistake on our part, or a valid cancellation under the Cancellations policy.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund including reasonable return shipping, at your choice, where a repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable.
