Shipping & Delivery

NOBEL LUX works with a network of manufacturing and sourcing partners rather than holding stock in our own warehouse. Most orders are produced or picked to order and may be dispatched from outside the United Kingdom, including from partners in the European Union or Asia.

Dispatch times

Orders are normally handed to a carrier within 2–5 working days of being placed. Because items can be sourced from different partners, orders containing several products may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

Delivery estimates

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, local courier capacity, and public holidays can extend them.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Because parcels may be sent from outside your country, your order can be subject to import duty, import VAT/GST, or customs handling fees charged by your country’s authorities or the delivery carrier.

• Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. The prices and shipping charges shown at checkout do not include import duties or import taxes.
• If your country charges them, the carrier will collect them from you before or on delivery. These charges are set by your local authorities and are outside our control.
• If you refuse to pay import charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the item price less the original shipping cost and any return costs we are charged.

Where we deliver

We deliver to most countries. At checkout you will only be offered destinations we can currently ship to. We cannot deliver to countries or territories subject to UK sanctions or where local rules prohibit the import of the goods.

Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat charge per order for each destination region, and free above the threshold below. Amounts are set in US dollars and converted into the currency you choose at checkout, where the final shipping cost is always shown before you pay.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long period, contact us at support@nobellux.shop with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
