These terms govern your use of nobellux.shop and any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are

2. Products
We sell architecture-themed decor: framed prints and posters, blueprint-style art and maps, architectural model kits, desk objects, and frames and hanging kits. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly between screens and printed or manufactured items. Model kits are adult hobby items — see our Product Safety page.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unexpectedly unavailable or there has been a pricing error, in which case we will refund any payment taken.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select and are the prices you pay for the goods. NOBEL LUX LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added by us. Delivery charges are calculated and shown in full before you pay. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included — see Shipping & Delivery. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full card details ourselves — see Payment & Security.

7. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence, but we are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses if you are a consumer. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
All artwork, photography and product designs on this site are original or used under licence. See our Intellectual Property page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your own country.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time you order.
